East Japan was polluted by fission products released by the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear accident. Even on land where the air dose decreased, a high-dose hot spot was created. Soil contamination is also serious.
The Japanese civil society “Minna no Data Site” has continued to investigate soil contamination. The organization published an English book. The title of the book is “CITIZENS 'RADIATION DATA MAP OF JAPAN: Grassroots Movement Reveals Soil Contamination in Eastern Japan in the Wake of Fukushima! (DIGEST EDITION)”. ICRP should refer to these materials. I hope that the ICRP will comply with an annual exposure dose of less than 1 mSv. Evacuate if the public exposure exceeds 1 mSv per year. Use this as a reference.
